House of Opal was started nearly a decade ago
with the intent of acquiring higher quality opal and other fine gemstones than one
finds in the typical jewelry store.
After building relationships and global
connections, today we are able to offer some of the most
beautiful and unusual pieces you may find. We have solid
relationships with miners, dealers and cutters in Australia
& other parts of the world.
Our goal is to supply you with the
"interesting and unusual". As a rule, that means opal - but we
also carry a good supply of ammolite, druzy and other
interesting materials. If you do not see what you are looking
for, please ask. We have thousands of stones in stock and only
a small sampling is on the Web.

House of Opal occasionally exhibits at juried and non-juried shows including shows in the Mid-west Region as well as Tucson, AZ and others.
